 While standard business directory overviews often point out a lack of review volume or general "mixed" scores, this analysis breaks down the systemic issues behind those metrics, cross-referenced with your uploaded image.

• The Suppressed Reviews (Image Verification): Your screenshot explicitly confirms Yelp's automated systems actively catching and filtering self-made reviews. It shows a section titled "2 reviews for STL Buy & Sell, Realtors that are not currently recommended" alongside "3 reviews removed for violating our Terms of Service".

When combined with the overview showing that the primary visible, un-filtered consumer feedback on Yelp consists of negative property management complaints, this analysis paints a clearer picture. The 100% "fake engagement" metric for their positive Yelp footprint indicates that the business has struggled to generate authentic, organic 5-star praise from actual consumer clients on the platform over its twenty years of operation. For an average consumer, this serves as a significant caution flag to look past surface-level marketing materials. 

 Yelp analytics and algorithms had already "red flagged and "sand boxed" the reviews left by Walker. However, the only Five Star Review that remained on the profile was left by a B2B associate realtor that had not been flagged and removed until consumer advocates provided YELP with the name, license numbers and paper trail that tied the five star review to an associate realtor.

Paula S. (Same as) advertises on her Linkedin Profile that she is employed with Innovative Realty and Integral Services.

And for an added bonus: In the images, screenshot gallery there is one captured on Oct. 1, 2026 featuring Michelle W aka Michelle Walker leaving a five star review for her own agency that YELP analytics and algorithms flagged and suppressed. - A deliberate attempt by the entity owner to manipulate the YELP Reviews and customer, client satisfaction metrics.

Conclusion: The Five Star Yelp Review left by Paula S. is not an authentic, organic client review or indication of customer satisfaction. It is another example of how the YELP and Google reviews for STL Buy & Sell Realtors have been manipulated to create Five Star Reviews for marketing and offering to the public services for financial consideration.

In conclusion: The investigation and expose' in to the business and professional conduct, misconduct of Michelle L. Walker d/b/a STL Buy & Sell Realtors LLC has already revealed what may be violations of ethics within the framework of the N.A.R. and M.R.E.C. and statutory violations within the framework of the F.T.C. and the Missouri Merchandising Practices Act of which may warrant investigation and the imposition of remedies to cure alleged violations.

In the mean time I would like to introduce a maxim for consideration from legal common law for any and all parties doing due diligence in vetting realtors, agents and broker prior to retaining them for real estate transaction representation.

Within the early stages of the investigation and expose into Walker and her business, professional conduct we have demonstrated conclusively that the public facing sales and marketing materials are not credible nor trustworthy having been deliberately manipulated to inflate the customer , client satisfaction metrics across a variety of domains.
