Breaking News..! Simon Law Pulls Misleading Advertisement | Jan. 25, 2026

For almost two years The Simon Law Firm P.C. in St. Louis Missouri presented misleading and fraudulent advertising about a jury verdict award in a medical malpractice case that was satisfactory to their client. - However, that particular advertisement was with regard to the matter of Pepper v. Gelfand M.D. a case tried in the 21st. judicial circuit of St. Louis county case # 19SL-CC04680. The entire trial was a miscarriage of justice perpetrated on the plaintiff client Albert B. Pepper Jr. and is a significant part of the facts and evidence for a complaint being filed with the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel naming for review naming Elizabeth C. McNulty Mo Bar # 72026 as Respondent. Furthermore the conduct at trial of which the Simon Law Firm falsely advertised as a satisfactory conclusion for the plaintiff Albert B. Pepper Jr. provides substantial evidence for a forth coming legal malpractice complaint by Pepper naming the Simon Law Firm P.C. et al. as defendants.

The misleading advertising was promoted on the Simon Law Firm P.C. website and was captured and presented by Google search engine results page. Albert B. Pepper Jr. in a social media post made a declaration that the misleading advertising was going to reported and a complaint filed with the Missouri States Attorney General office for violation of the Missouri Merchandising Practices Act specifically -RSMo : 407.020.

Within a few days of the publication of Albert B. Pepper Jr.'s intent to file the complaint with the Missouri State attorney General naming The Simon Law Firm as Respondent for an investigation and perhaps penalties if found to be in violation The Simon Law Firm P.C. has removed the misleading content and the url link now presents as a "404" page not found. However, the url is still indexed. Herein is the url where the misleading advertising was hosted and screen captures taken on January 25, 2026.
