With regard to The Simon Law Firm P.C. a personal injury law firm located in St. Louis Missouri the prolific misleading advertising of large awards and verdicts creates an unjustified expectation among the general public and specifically vulnerable injured parties seeking legal representation that those results are achievable and the amount can be realized by the injured party. However, the full recovery is rare and the injured party often realizes only a fraction of the gross amount after attorneys fee's, litigation expenses, remittitur, insurance subrogation, taxation and other deductions and reductions. 

This prolific advertising of settlement amounts and jury verdicts borders upon, if not in fact an act of fraud. I have documented these occurrences and have successfully compelled The Simon Law Firm P.C. to remove such advertising. One example is the removal of their advertisement of a case entitled Pepper v. Gelfand M.D. Case number #19SL-CC04680 whereas The Simon Law Firm advertised the conclusion of the case as a victory and the realization of justice for their client when in fact The Simon Law Firm failed in their representation and the client received a "net zero" recovery for their injuries.  Furthermore, as a result of the poor representation by The Simon Law Firm P.C. and associate attorneys the case is the subject for complaints to the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel of the Supreme Court of Missouri naming the associate attorneys as respondents and a forth coming legal malpractice complaint to be filed naming The Simon Law Firm P.C. et al. as defendants.

With regard to the misleading advertising itself wherein The Simon Law Firm advertised it as a victory, upon their knowledge that a complaint was to be filed with the Missouri State Attorney Generals offices for investigation and the imposition of penalties citing violations of the Missouri Merchandising Practices Act: RSMo | 407.020 The Simon Law Firm P.C. has since removed the advertisement and the web address now presents as a "404" page not found.

But that misrepresentation is just the tip of the iceberg. The misleading advertising perpetrated by The Simon Law Firm P.C. is chronic, prodigious and prolific and I will further suggest that there may have been many unwary consumers who have been "captured" by the advertisements of The Simon Law Firm P.C. who never realized substantial justice or equitable compensation for their injuries of which you will never hear advertised. However, I Albert Pepper have prima facie evidence, case dockets, telephone audio recordings, testimony of associate counsel at The Simon Law Firm P.C> etc. as to the fact thereof. 

Before I move forward to a more egregious and deceitful advertisement by The Simon Law Firm P.C. I make this declaration for consideration of any and all injured parties who are seeking legal representation to obtain recovery for damages as a result of personal injury. 

Large settlements and verdict advertisements are not the metric that anyone should consider when retaining a law firm for representation. The true meter is - how much did the law firm actually recover for the injured party? When the checks are finally cut - what is the dollar amount that the injured party actually receive? How many cases did The Simon Law Firm P.C. actually litigate wherein the injured party was made whole? That, is the one and only true metric for consideration. Grievously, those factors are rarely published and often inaccessible. You may be quite assured that behind the curtain of the Public Relations Industrial Complex of "Big Law" of which The Simon Law Firm P.C. excels at employing there are a multitude of clients who were disposed of who realized something nominal, a fraction, perhaps "net zero" for their injuries and I have the evidence.
